Chicken and Egg

Which came first? The perennial philosophical question, right?

Well, a friend of mine had the right thought. This is a very simple question if you think about it.

The Chicken came first.

The Chicken is necessary for the hatching of the egg, so if the egg came first, but had no chicken to hatch it, then there would never be any future chickens OR eggs.

Total species annihilation.

Makes sense, though, doesn't it? You downplay the role of the mother, you're going to get societal destruction and degeneration.
